Currently, payment by check can only be completed via mail. If you wish to pay by check, you have two options: OPTION 1: Download our PAY BY CHECK FORM below, print it out,
and follow the mailing instructions.
OPTION 2: Make check payable to "ECGTraining.org." The cost is $95.00 per registrant. You may elect to pay half ($47.50) now, with
the balance due the day of the workshop, or you may pay the full balance now. Be sure that your name is legibly
written on the check. On the "memo" line of the check, write your contact phone number or email address,
and the workshop you wish to attend (e.g. "Orlando 8/13/2011"). ALSO, you must then fill out the WORKSHOP
